How To: Makeup with Glasses

True or False? To wear makeup under your glasses you have to pile on a ton of colors and products for your eyes to stand out. False! That won't do anything for you except make you look a little crazy. So, today I am going to give you all some tips on how to flatter you eyes while wearing glasses.

The type of makeup you wear is determined by the type of glasses you have. If you have frames that are colorful or thick frames, you want to keep it simple because you don't want too much going on. Stick with neutral colors for your eye shadow and use a black eyeliner on your upper and lower lashes to make your eyes stand out from under your glasses. Also, curl your lashes and apply a mascara that makes your lashes fuller. Then, there is those of you who have thin framed glasses, in which case you can do a little more with your eyes. You can use slightly darker colors such as bronze or shimmery browns. Use a dark brown or black eyeliner and smudge it out a little and curl your lashes and a mascara that makes your lashes fuller. Also, when you are wearing glasses, all of the focus will be on your eyes, so don't for get to do your eyebrows. Use a brow pencil or powder to slightly define them. When wearing glasses, simplicity is key. Good luck beauties!
