Russian Navy by OPI is a really beautiful navy color that I think looks good during any season. It has a slight shimmer to it, but it is very subtle. This color goes on so smooth and it is pretty opaque, so I only used two coats. Also, if you want to add a little something extra to your nails when wearing this color, try using one coat of Sparkle Me Silver Top Coat by Sephora's OPI collection. I think that it would look very pretty and would give your nails a more unique look.
